Terms & Conditions
1. Spot reservation fee paid by or on behalf of any traveler is nonrefundable & non-transferable
2. No refunds shall be made for unused services or any activity that the traveler has chosen not to participate in during the trip.
3. Poseidon is not responsible for missing items during the trip such as luggage and belongings
4. Poseidon is not liable for delays, program changes, or indirect expenses resulting from natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, political closures, or unseen incidents.
5. Poseidon does not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness accidents or losses incurred due to theft or any other reason.
6. Poseidon reserves the right to share and/ or publish content (such as pictures, videos, testimonials, etc.) on social media and websites, featuring the travelers.
7. Should the traveler(s) miss their flight for any reason, Poseidon will not be held accountable for providing compensation or arranging alternative flights
8. If a traveler faces challenges during immigration clearance, Poseidon will not be held accountable, and there will be no refunds offered in such an improbable situation
9. Poseidon will not be liable for any actions, omissions or defaults of independent vendors, individuals, servants, or service providers appointed by you, who are involved in providing accommodation, Refreshments, transportation, or any other service.
10. Poseidon reserve the right to cancel a reservation without providing any refunds if the full amount is not received within the specific timeframe
11. Various elements like weather & Ocean conditions could lead to modifications in the itinerary.
Poseidon maintains the right to make essential adjustments to the schedule in the pursuit of safety, comfort, and overall well-being
12. Poseidon cannot guarantee specific wildlife or encounters during our trips, as nature is inherently unpredictable. While we strive to enhance the possibilities of wildlife encounters, we want to emphasize that the presence of marine life is beyond our control.
13. Under no circumstances will Poseidon be responsible for any: death, personal injury, illness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, heightened expenses, consequential loss, and/or damage or theft caused to the travelers (you or any person traveling with you.
14. In the event of any flight cancellation or rescheduling, any extra expenses incurred (such as arranging alternative accommodations or rebooking flights) to facilitate the continuation of the trip must be covered by the traveler (you or any person traveling with you)
15. If unexpected weather conditions or government restrictions arise, specific activities may be canceled, in such instances, Poseidon will make every effort to offer an alternative feasible activity. Nevertheless, no reimbursement will be issued for such situations.
